Meet Gillian, Your Tuscany Wedding Planner
Originally from the UK, our founder Gillian moved to Tuscany in 2001 and made the region her home. Building on her event-management experience, she spent time getting to know local venues, suppliers, working practices, and the practical challenges faced by couples planning from abroad before launching Weddings in Tuscany in 2003.
Today, Gillian is fluent in Italian and works with a bilingual local team and a carefully developed network of Tuscan professionals. This combination of international understanding and genuine local presence allows us to guide couples clearly, represent their interests in Italy, and manage the details that are difficult to handle from another country.
